Privacy at High Life Radio.
Updated October 15, 2026. This notice applies to nychighliferadio.com and its private newsroom.
Who operates this site
NYC High Life Radio is operated by NYC High Life Entertainment. Rich Row Records / Wayne Kastro is the primary owner and developer. Privacy enquiries: [email protected].
Comments and reactions
We store your chosen display name and submitted comment for moderation. Only approved comments become public. Do not include private contact details or other sensitive information in a comment. We retain comments for moderation and publication unless removed by the newsroom; no automatic deletion period is currently enforced.
Reactions use the essential hl_visitor cookie, a random browser identifier lasting up to one year. It helps avoid duplicate votes. You can remove it in browser settings. Abuse limits use a daily hash derived from a network address. Those rate-limit records are cleared after two days; the application does not store the raw address in that table.
Hosting, radio and sign-in providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, stores news and community data, and provides private newsroom sign-in. Providers may process network addresses, browser information, requests and security logs to operate and protect their services. Owner sign-in processes authorized email addresses and authentication events. Editorial audit records include the acting account, story, action and time.
Playing the radio sends a request to the station stream provider, which can receive your network address and browser information. Your browser remembers theme and player preferences locally where supported. Sharing opens your selected third-party service, which follows its own policies. Notifications require browser permission and currently operate while this site is open. RSS subscriptions are handled by your chosen reader. We do not currently collect email newsletter subscriptions.
Advertising and Google
The site is being prepared for Google AdSense. An account verification tag and ads.txt record do not themselves display advertisements. Google advertising scripts and Google Analytics are not currently enabled.
If Google ads are activated, Google and other advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, network addresses and device identifiers to deliver, measure and personalize advertising. Personalized ads may use information about visits to this and other sites. Before advertising is enabled, applicable consent and privacy choices must be available; users in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland will be served through an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform.
Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Google personalization choices are available at My Ad Center; participating providers also offer choices at AboutAds. These controls do not replace consent choices required on this site when ads are enabled.
Automated editorial tools
Our news workflow sends publicly available source material to Cloudflare Workers AI to assist drafting and illustration. Reader comments and private owner email addresses are not inputs to that news-generation workflow. Source evidence and generation records are kept privately for editorial accountability. Generated images are labeled illustrations.
Your requests
Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction or removal of information you submitted. Include the story address and enough detail to identify your submission, without publishing sensitive data in comments. We may need to verify a request before acting. This site is intended for a general audience; please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
